ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24 - 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to arrive after receiving notice that your order has shipped.
**Due to COVID-19 restrictions, your order may experience a delay. Please reach out to addictivebrand@gmail.com for an update on your order.
Once shipped, arrival time of orders may vary from country to country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCHANGES ONLY 
For any reason, customers can exchange the order, entirely or partially. Addictivebrand.co refunds within 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES
The items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original tags still attached. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
The Addictive packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
INSURANCE
All orders are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods over $100 delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.  If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Addictive Brand  is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers refund.
